We are humans living among others who are continually looking for our tribe - those who possess common beliefs that bond us together and make us want to look after each other as we become our best selves.
I have spent the better part of my life studying and crafting the business of the human factor. How to define it. How to design for it. How to manage, lead and inspire it. How to measure it.
I've worked across a vast amount of industries and among legendary practitioners. In my serendipitous journey I've discovered a small number of approaches to business that are coveted "hidden secrets". Interestingly, these secret recipes aren't dependent upon the uniqueness of a particular industry or company. Nor should they be secrets at all - as they can't be replicated by a competitor. Rather, they are the specific discipline and natural ability of a company (its soul) to reliably connect at a uniquely human level - nurturing the magic of trust with their employees, customers, clients, investors and all other contributing partners to the ecosystem of their business.
I've learned from some of the best and believe my job is to share these core truths with companies that want to make this shift as they continue to grow in significant ways.
